Entering the new era of 21st century, dramatic changes have occurred in the world. As the merchants in China and Asia, we were confronted with confusions and challenges. Sense of crisis arose when we explored issues like Asia, enterprise and culture. In view of this, our company’s founder, Mr. Li Dong, set up the company together with his son Sam Li and strive to seek the path for survival and prosper of the Asian merchants.

Dong Yuan International Ltd. was established in 2004 and has developed from a China-based company into a multi-national corporation in Asia Pacific Region with the headquarter in Hong Kong and affiliates in Beijing (Beijing Dong Yuan Huanyu Ltd.) and Tokyo (Togen International Co., Ltd.).

Committed to succeeding the traditional ethics in carrying out businesses, Togen targets to build up the new-era enterprise at the same time. The core principle of Togen’s businesses is being human-oriented, focusing in corporate investments to those areas related to basic livings and provide diversified services including consulting, financial services, logistics, and trading.

Predominantly originated from the East Asia Pacific region, Togen aims to build up a cluster of excellent enterprises in Asia with international competence together with its existing and future partners by providing different kinds of services with its corporate philosophy.
